Callerton Academy is new secondary school that opened in September 2021 as one of two new schools within Gosforth Group. Our principal aim is to encourage high expectations and high standards of achievement, both academic and personal. We are driven by a desire to support young people to create their future and be successful in all they do. We are based in our new school building in Westerhope, which opened to students in September 2025, serving around 1,200 students from Year 7 to Year 11. Callerton Academy is an exciting and thriving secondary school where staff are highly valued and invested in to be able to become exceptional practitioners.
We are looking to recruit a team of invigilators who will be given the opportunity of casual work on a regular basis during the academic year to assist in the running of examinations. Duties will include:
