The newly created role of KS2/3 Improvement & Community Partnerships Lead will be central to enhancing the teaching and learning experience across Key Stages 2 and 3 within our Trust. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about ensuring every student’s success, particularly in developing effective transition strategies for students with SEND. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in fostering strong community partnerships and driving a culture of continuous improvement across our academies.
This role will involve working closely with school leaders and staff to implement creative and innovative teaching approaches, supporting the development of local governance groups, and contributing to the Trust’s income generation strategy through external training and partnerships. You will also take the lead in shaping and overseeing the Trust’s transition strategy to ensure smooth and effective processes between schools.
