The newly developed role of Senior Improvement & Aspirations Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring our academies are delivering the best possible outcomes for our students and the wider Trust community. We are seeking an individual with Ofsted Inspector/HMI accreditation who not only has extensive experience of identifying and delivering on areas of school improvement but also who has a passion for fostering a positive and innovative learning environment where both students and staff can thrive.
Our Trust is committed to maintaining the highest educational standards and ensuring efficient operations across all our academies. This role will be integral to ensuring that performance is proactively monitored and challenged across the Trust taking the lead in robust quality assurance.
We are looking for a leader who can identify and communicate complex school improvement initiatives to a diverse audience and who shares our commitment to transparency and accountability.
